CINCINNATI – Former Ohio State center Billy Price, defensive end Sam Hubbard, linebacker Chris Worley and walk-on Nick Seme (who is attempting to make it in the NFL as a long snapper) participated in their first practices with the Cincinnati Bengals on Friday, when the Southwest Ohio NFL franchise opened its rookie minicamp on its practice fields outside Paul Brown Stadium.
