Cameron Heyward is headed to the Pro Bowl after all.
Despite a stellar season that earned him AP All-Pro honors, Heyward was initially a Pro Bowl snub, but has now made the roster in replacement of injured Raiders defensive end Khalil Mack.

This is Heyward's first Pro Bowl selection and it's well deserved as he has quietly been the anchor of the Steeler defense all season. The former Buckeye posted a career-high 12 sacks and added 45 tackles, three pass defenses, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
Heyward can add this honor to a list of accolades he's already earned this season including an AP All Pro selection, two AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors, and the Steelers’ Walter Payton Man of the Year award.
