In this week's edition of Real Life Wednesdays, Ohio State football players were encouraged to "maximize every single opportunity" as they figure out what they want to do with the rest of their lives after Ohio State.
Luke Fedlam, an attorney who leads the Sports Law Practice Group at Columbus-based law firm Porter Wright, spoke to the Buckeyes this weekend. Ohio State posted a video of Fedlam's appearance at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center on its Twitter feed Saturday morning, and you can watch that video above.
"You may not know, right now sitting here, what you're passionate about from a work perspective," Fedlam told the Buckeyes. "And that's OK. What I encourage you to do, is maximize every single opportunity that you have."
Fedlam also taught the Buckeyes about the meaning of intellectual property and the value of protecting their personal brands.
"You also have the opportunity to create what your want out of your experience, both here and when you're done at Ohio State," Fedlam said.
