Interim Ohio State wide receivers coach Brian Hartline is wasting no time leaving his mark on the program. His presence in practice has been animated, he's pounding technique into his corps, and Sunday, he and the OSU creative team put out perhaps the finest hype video an Ohio State position group has released.
The message of the video, which serves as a reintroduction to the Buckeyes wideouts, or Zone6 as they are known, is simple: “Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not come. We have only today. Let us begin.”
The quote, from Roman Catholic nun Mother Teresa, is perfect for a group that has seen their position coach, and the man that recruited most of them, fired three weeks ago. The status of Urban Meyer, their head coach, is up in the air.
They can only control what they can control.
