Ohio State did not lean heavily on its 2018 class during its 49-26 win over Indiana on Saturday, but some true freshmen still contributed.
Tommy Togiai was the only member of the 2018 class to recorded stats in Saturday's win, finishing with one tackle, but seven other true freshmen saw action.
Saturday's appearance was notable for five members of the 2018 class who officially burned their redshirt season with an appearance in a fifth game this season. Tyler Friday, Chris Olave, Jeremy Ruckert, Tyreke Smith and Togiai each played their fifth game on Saturday, while freshman receiver Chris Olave played his sixth.
The Buckeyes return to action next Saturday at noon when they host Minnesota.
