On Dec. 4 Ryan Shazier fell to the turf at Paul Brown Stadium with a severe spinal injury. On Oct. 14 he walked back onto it.
Over the past 10 months he has undergone hours of grueling therapy to recover movement and strength.

Today, ahead of the Steelers game with the Bengals, Shazier walked back onto the field on his own.

Pittsburgh plays Cincinnati today at 1pm. Shazier forfeited his final year of eligibility at Ohio State following the 2013 season after committing to Jim Tressel and playing for both Luke Fickell and Urban Meyer.
