Michael Thomas' performance in the New Orleans Saints' win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday was award-winning.
After catching 12 passes and breaking the Saints' single-game record with 211 receiving yards on Sunday, when the Saints defeated the Los Angeles Rams 45-35 to hand the Rams their first loss of the year, Thomas was named Wednesday morning as the NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

Thomas' record-breaking performance was highlighted by a 72-yard receiving touchdown in the fourth quarter, after which he paid a memorable homage to former Saints receiver Joe Horn by pulling out a flip phone from underneath the goalpost and pretending to make a call.
