Another stripe came off on Wednesday.
Freshman offensive lineman Luke Wypler became an "official" member of the Buckeye football team, shedding his black stripe this week. Wypler is the 13th freshman and the third offensive lineman in the 2020 freshman class to lose his stripe.

"This guy had a tough day yesterday," Ohio State director of player development Ryan Stamper said. "Bounced back strong today running with the two O-line. Center Luke Wypler, get up here."
Wypler had his stripe removed by Josh Myers.
"Hey, I just want to say a quick thanks to coach Mick (Marotti) and his staff, Shaun (Barnhouse) and his staff and (nutritionist) Kaila (Olson)," Wypler said. “Go Bucks."
Wypler came to Ohio State as the No. 2-ranked center in the 2020 class and the No. 108 overall player.
