The Ohio State football team is back to work at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center.
After pausing team activities on Tuesday following an increase in COVID-19 cases within the program, Ohio State allowed “players who've tested negative multiple times this week to return to small group workouts and individual workouts” on Friday, Ohio State spokesperson Jerry Emig confirmed.
While the pause was initially scheduled to last for one week, Ohio State is now able to have one more full week of workouts before starting spring football practices next Friday, March 19.
That keeps the Buckeyes on schedule for a full slate of 15 spring practices culminating with a spring game on April 17.
