When you obliterate the spread, Vegas takes notice.
After beating Toledo by 56 points as 31.5-point favorites, oddsmakers have made Ohio State a 16-point favorite heading into another prime-time matchup in Columbus, this time with the Wisconsin Badgers.
Wisconsin bounced back from a home loss to Oregon State the previous week to beat New Mexico State 66-7 in Madison yesterday. While the score was impressive, New Mexico State is not – the loss dropped the Aggies to 0-4 on the season with previous losses to Nevada (23-12), Minnesota (38-0) and UTEP (20-13).

The total for the game sits at 51.5 points, one week after oddsmakers set the over/under 62 points for the Ohio State-Toledo game. It was the first time this year the 3-0 Buckeyes had covered the spread.
The Wisconsin game kicks off next Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on ABC. If you're going to be on campus, come to the Eleven Dubgate after doors open at 3 p.m.
