Ohio State had its best all-around performance of the season on Saturday.
The Buckeyes dominated Western Kentucky in all facets, turning in a dominant 63-10 win over the Hilltoppers behind an explosive offensive attack and several takeaways created by the defense.
Kyle McCord was extremely efficient in his third start this season, completing 19 of 23 passes for 318 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. Marvin Harrison Jr. went over the 100-yard receiving mark for the second straight week, finishing with 126 yards on five catches with a touchdown. TreVeyon Henderson turned in his second straight two-touchdown performance and ran for 88 yards on 13 carries.
Steele Chambers and Jermaine Mathews Jr. secured interceptions, with Mathews taking the pick all the way to the end zone for his first career touchdown. Tyleik Williams also recovered a fumble in the end zone for the Buckeyes' second defensive touchdown.
