Nearly a three-touchdown favorite has become a common theme for Ohio State lately, it seems.

After barely covering the 19.5-point spread in the win over Maryland on Saturday, the Buckeyes open as 20.5-point favorites against Purdue next weekend, according to FanDuel Sportsbook and DraftKings Sportsbook.

Although the Buckeyes might be heavy favorites over the Boilermakers, Ohio State has struggled mightily in games at Purdue. The Boilermakers have won three of the last four games against the Buckeyes in West Lafayette. Recently, Purdue has been able to hold its own whether the game is in Indiana or Columbus, as Ohio State is just 6-4 overall and 4-6 against the spread against the Boilermakers over the last 10 matchups.
