If Ohio State wants to win the Big Ten East, Saturday's matchup against Penn State is crucial.
Nobody knows that more than Ryan Day, who's preparing for the biggest game of the season since the win against Notre Dame in September.
But the Buckeyes are coming into the matchup banged up, as Ohio State's three primary running backs are all dealing with injuries along with cornerback Denzel Burke and wide receiver Emeka Egbuka. Day didn't provide any specific updates on any of the injured players Tuesday, only saying that he hoped all would be available for the upcoming top-10 matchup.
If any of those players can’t play against Penn State, Dallan Hayden, Jermaine Mathews Jr. and Xavier Johnson are among the players who may need to step up – and all of them showed that they could against Purdue.
Eleven Warriors’ Dan Hope and Andy Anders discuss all of those topics on this week’s episode of Press Coverage, which you can watch in the video above.
