It appears that Ohio State's star defensive end is attempting to soldier on after an injury.
Going down in clear pain to the side of his body after a 2nd-and-goal run that was stuffed by the Buckeyes, JT Tuimoloau writhed around on the field for a bit before being taken to the sideline by Ohio State's training staff.
Once OSU completed a goal line stand to close the half and force a Wisconsin field goal, Tuimoloau returned to the field to participate on the field goal block team. He was seen clutching his side again after the play.
On the season, Tuimoloau has a team-high four sacks with 20 tackles, five tackles for loss and two pass deflections.
Given his special teams participation, it appears that he will try to keep contributing for the Ohio State defense against the Badgers. The Buckeyes led 10-3 at halftime in Madison.
Tuimoloau started the second half at defensive end for OSU.
