This edition of Social Reactions is going to be very TreVeyon Henderson-heavy, and it's getting to the point where I'm just straight up reveling in my preseason absolute wrongness about him not even being the best running back on this Ohio State football team.

The actual truth is that in the past two games he's been arguably the best player on the entire team, overshadowing even Marvin Harrison, Jr. in terms of both production and overall importance to the offense. It's frustrating that injuries have played such a large part of the narrative around Henderson's time at Ohio State, including in the month between the Notre Dame game and Wisconsin, and because of that it's kind of shocking that he's come back looking utterly pristine.

But maybe that shouldn't have been too much of a shock: after a poor opening performance against Indiana in the opening game, Henderson has rushed for at least 6.8 yards per carry in every contest since, and now for the first time in his career has strung together three consecutive games with 100 or more rushing yards.

Oh, and in the absence/diminished presence of Cade Stover, he's now Kyle McCord's primary checkdown target, and has nine catches for 125 yards in the last two games. All of this is very, very good, and very, very important for an Ohio State team that has found difficulty finding its footing offensively throughout the season.

THE REST

And that's it! Next week Ohio State meets up with Michigan State, and the two teams will agree to declare the game a tie in lieu of spending that time brainstorming ways to destroy Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan Wolverines. See you then!
