After covering lofty spreads in each of its last two games, Ohio State opened as a 27.5-point favorite — according to the Action Network consensus lines — ahead of its Senior Day matchup against Minnesota at Ohio Stadium on Saturday.
The Buckeyes have showcased some recent success against the spread, covering in five of their last six games after starting the season 1-3 against the spread. Despite entering Saturday’s contest at 10-0, Ohio State has registered a 6-3-1 mark against the spread with two weeks remaining in the season.

Minnesota hasn’t had quite the same success as Ohio State to this point in the season, heading into Columbus at 5-5 while going 3-7 against the spread thus far.
Ohio State holds a 46-7 record all-time against the Golden Gophers and will look to extend its winning streak against Minnesota to 12 on Saturday. The Golden Gophers have not beaten Ohio State since Oct. 14, 2000.
