Lewis spent two seasons with Ohio State after transferring from USC in the 2022 season. After sitting behind Noah Ruggles in his first season in Columbus, Lewis and Jayden Fielding battled it out for the starting kicker role in fall camp, with Fielding ultimately winning the job. Lewis appeared in one game this season for the Buckeyes and kicked off twice, earning two touchbacks.
Lewis is the sixth Ohio State player to announce he'll enter the transfer portal so far this offseason and the third on Sunday, along with Evan Pryor and Ryan Turner. As a graduate, Lewis is already in the portal, while Pryor and Turner will officially enter the portal when it opens on Monday.
