Ohio State lands a post-Rose Bowl commitment from in-state cornerback Jakob Weatherspoon.
Ohio State held its last full practice before the Rose Bowl on Monday and the Buckeyes opened a portion of it up for media viewing.
The Buckeyes stretched and worked on punt coverage before running through individual drills with their position groups during the portion of the practice that was open to media members at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, the home of the MLS’ LA Galaxy.
Visitors for Monday’s practice included the ESPN commentary team that will call Monday’s game, Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit, with Herbstreit’s dog Peter also attending the practice.
Eleven Warriors compiled a highlight package from Ohio State's practice, which you can watch at the top of the page, featuring footage of defensive line drills, pooch punts, running backs working on pulling weight and running through contact, quarterbacks throwing to receivers and offensive line drills.
