There were plenty of reasons to celebrate for Ohio State on Wednesday and the Buckeyes took their opportunity to do so.
Head coach Ryan Day got a rose petal bath courtesy of his players after the Rose Bowl and players interacted with the Buckeye faithful in Pasadena after a 41-21 evisceration of No. 1 Oregon to advance to the College Football Playoff semifinals. Defensive end Jack Sawyer stuffed some confetti in his socks as a keepsake for later while cornerback Denzel Burke took his chance to cradle the Rose Bowl trophy.
Eleven Warriors compiled a highlight reel of some of the best celebratory moments we caught on tape, which you can watch in the video at the top of the page.
Amid the celebration, Ohio State's players united with the Buckeyes' marching band for a triumphant rendition of Carmen Ohio, which we also captured.
The Buckeyes will face Texas in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Cotton Bowl on Jan. 10.
