2025 cornerback Jordyn Woods flips from Cincinnati and commits to Ohio State.
Both of Ohio State’s Pro Bowl Games participants made highlight-reel plays in Sunday’s all-star exhibition.
C.J. Stroud demonstrated the precise passing ability he showed throughout his rookie season as he had multiple touchdown tosses in the AFC vs. NFC flag football game, including a picture-perfect throw on the run to Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase in the left rear corner of the end zone.

Stroud, the clear frontrunner to win Offensive Rookie of the Year at Thursday’s NFL Honors, completed 18 of 22 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns in his Pro Bowl debut. The AFC finished the competition with a 64-59 loss to the NFC, however, as Stroud’s effort at a 4th-and-goal game-winning touchdown pass to Keenan Allen was broken up by Chicago Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson.

Denzel Ward, meanwhile, made the most spectacular defensive play of the day with a one-handed interception in the corner of the end zone.

Stroud and Ward were the only Buckeyes who participated in this year’s Pro Bowl Games. Nick Bosa was also selected to play in the Pro Bowl Games but did not make the trip to Orlando as he is instead preparing to play in next week’s Super Bowl.
Bosa, fellow former Ohio State defensive end Chase Young and the San Francisco 49ers will face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVIII, which will kick off at 6:30 p.m. next Sunday and will be televised by CBS.
Stroud also participated in Thursday’s Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, where he led all six participating quarterbacks with a first-round score of 26 in the Precision Passing challenge before losing 9-8 to Baker Mayfield in the head-to-head final.
