Tyleik Williams suffered an ankle injury in the fourth quarter of Ohio State's win over Penn State.
While the All-Big Ten defensive tackle did not return to the contest, Ohio State head coach Ryan Day said Williams is in good shape during his postgame press conference.
"He was fine. I just grabbed him (in the locker room). He said he was fine," Day said.
Williams, who was injured earlier this season and missed the Marshall game, tweaked his ankle after a collection of Penn State offensive linemen and Ohio State defensive linemen rolled up on his leg, Day said.
On the same drive Williams exited the game, the Buckeyes made a goal-line stand. Penn State had four opportunities to score inside the Ohio State 5-yard line, but the Buckeyes stuffed the Nittany Lions on each of their attempts.

"It shows you that there's a grit, there's a toughness, there's a never give up, there's a, "Give me an inch, and I'm gonna defend it' kind of mentality," Day said. "You have to give Jim (Knowles) and the entire staff credit on defense for their preparation going into this game. Penn State does an excellent job of changing formations, motioning and different looks.
"We found a way to get the stand. It comes down to the players. Coaches can put you in a situation, but the players have to go do it. They did it, and I'm proud of them."
