Four-star 2026 TE Corbyn Fordham gives Ohio State a Thanksgiving day commit.
The Buckeyes were confident going into their matchup with fifth-ranked Indiana, and in hindsight, it's easy to see why.
Curt Cignetti's brash demeanor may have won him few fans within the conference, but few can argue that he and his staff brought a quality team to Ohio Stadium last weekend. The Hoosiers are a well-coached team that has made relatively few mistakes this season, but they seemed outmatched, from both talent and scheme perspectives in their biggest test this season.
While the Hoosiers marched downfield to score on their first possession after forcing a three-and-out from the Buckeyes, the visitors from Bloomington spent the next 50 minutes on their heels as both Jim Knowles and Chip Kelly attacked their weakest points on both sides of the ball.
Though two errant plays from the Indiana Punt team certainly pushed momentum in the home team's favor, the utter dominance the Buckeye defense showed cemented this game as a blowout.
Here's what we go over in this week's video breakdown:
- Ohio State's Early Down Run-blitzes from Cover-1
- A variety of coverage and pressure schemes stifled Rourke and the Hoosiers
- Growing pains along the OSU offensive line with new faces in new places
- Chip Kelly made IU defensive end Lanell Carr's (#41) day miserable
