Fellow Buckeyes Jincy Dunne (two assists), Sara Saekkinen (two assists), and Andrea Braendli (35 saves and two wins) earned honorable mentions for WCHA Defender, Rookie, and Goalie of the Week. Although she didn’t garner an official mention, one could really make a case for Maddy Field (three goals) as Forward of the Week as well.
Ohio State (9-3-0, 5-1-0-0 WCHA) treks to Bemidji this week for a conference tilt with the Beavers (0-9-1, 0-5-1-0 WCHA). Games are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at 4pm ET.
