For the second straight year, the Buckeyes are Big Ten champions.
Ohio State held a half-game lead on Maryland in the Big Ten title race heading into Thursday night, but the Buckeyes clinched at least a share of the regular-season conference championship after the Terrapins fell 71-65 to Michigan.

This marks the 16th Big Ten Championship in program history – the most of any school in the conference.
Ohio State shared the 2016-17 regular season Big Ten championship with Maryland. This time, the Buckeyes have a chance to claim the title outright with a win over Penn State on Sunday at noon on ESPN2.
A win on Sunday would also mean Ohio State would be the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Big Ten Tournament, which the Buckeyes haven't won since 2011.
