I'm a Bengals fan, so sometimes I really don't know how to process things when Browns fans wax poetic about how their lives are basically Angela's Ashes but in football form.
Them sometimes something comes along to remind me that even with Mike Brown, a QB terrified of big games, and a practice facility that might as well just be the abandoned parking lot behind an old K-Mart, the Bengals are still organizationally head and shoulders above what Cleveland is working with these days. Holy crap.
Additionally, this is why I'm secretly terrified whenever anyone suggests that one of Ohio State's awesome players should end up staying in Ohio with one of our pro teams. I mean, yeah, I'd have liked to see Troy Smith tear it up either in the Cleve or down in Cincy, but man, would you really wish that fate on anyone?
