Some Soldier of Fortune in Cincinnati's West Price Hill hijacked the 87.9 FM frequency and is playing illicit rap songs. People are furious, and this TV news report (published on YouTube on July 2nd) has me rolling.
By now, I assume 87.9 is West Price Hill's hottest radio station.
