The Ohio State Fair came to a close yesterday, and it was another smashing success.

According to fair officials an estimated 982,305 visitors entered the gates between July 29 and August 9, which equals an almost 7.2 percent increase over the previous record set in 2014 of 916, 724 visitors. Prior to that, the record was 903, 824 visitors, which was set in 2013.
I don't even want to think of how many calories were ingested. Probably a few million.
