There's a reason Cleveland sports fans have a legendary reputation, and it's not because their teams are reaping championships.
The city has been without a major sports league championship since 1964, but it got another swing at breaking the curse this summer when LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers coasted to the 2016 NBA Finals. Unfortunately, the Cavs find themselves trailing the Golden State Warriors, 2-0, after Sunday night's Game 2 blowout loss.
The series isn't over yet, and Wednesday night's Game 3 in Cleveland will be pivotal, but the Cavs looked like an elementary student attempting an A.P. calculus test throughout much of the first two games.
After the 33-point loss to the Warriors, Ohio State wide receiver Torrance Gibson captured a picture of Ohio State backup quarterback Joe Burrow trapped in the glass case of emotion every other Cavs fan will recognize.
This look transcends all Cleveland fanship, because even though I'm only a Browns fan, it's exactly how I look every late Sunday afternoon in the fall.
Cleveland fanship: Not for the weak of heart.
