Ohio State blows out Indiana, 38-15. Now, it's time to do the same to That Team Up North.

The expectations game is a weird one. Usually when we make predictions about what's going to happen to a team in a given season, those predictions are made with a specific endpoint in mind; in other words, we work backwards, coming up with an end result and then trying to fill in the middle as we go.
The problem with that is when the middle actually happens and is kind of disappointing (like, when the Ohio State offense underwhelms or there's a completely inexplicable blowout loss against Iowa), all of the sudden a really awesome endpoint that you both expected and hoped for can seem not as great. If I had told you at the beginning of the season that Ohio State would win 11 games, beat Michigan, and be Big Ten champs, you'd probably ecstatic. Instead, maybe you're not. So let's talk about it.
Plus! Emory Jones has committed, and while this Dubcast was recorded on Monday, we all pretty much knew which way the wind was blowing. Check out our take on that, and your Ask Us Anything questions (that you send in via Twitter or e-mail). Finally, don't forget to rate and subscribe on iTunes!
0:00 It's not just football; basketball and other Ohio State sports had a really fun year as well. I talked about this about a week ago, but don't forget to check out our year-end "best of" list!
23:50 Emory Jones is not going to Ohio State, which is fine! But the drama surrounding his recruitment give us some flashbacks to other drama-filled recruiting sagas in the past.
29:00 Ask Us Anything, and you did, this time about who we're rooting for in the playoffs, and who the most famous non-Ohio State people we've met are.
And that'll do it. As always, thanks to you for listening and checking out the Dry Goods Store, thanks to Travis for our logo, and thanks to Bend Active for being our sponsor. See you next week as we preview the Cotton Bowl!
