Mystery is afoot!
The facts of the case: One! Dwayne Haskins is a kickass quarterback who deserves to be taken in the first half of the first round of the NFL draft. Two! His draft stock is also supposedly falling for reasons unknown. Three! Teams throw out a lot of BS during the lead up to the draft to disguise their intentions about who they're looking at drafting, even to the point of lying about how much they like a player. And four! Despite having tens of millions of dollars at their disposal, NFL teams are very, very dumb.
Beau and I aren't the Hardy Boys (or even Sarah Hardy), but in the Eleven Dubcast this week we try our best to crack the case. Plus, we take a long hard look at the Spring Game, preview a little Game of Thrones, and answer your Ask Us Anything questions (which you can do via e-mail or Twitter).
And hey, don't forget to rate and subscribe to us on iTunes, Google Podcasts, or Spotify if that's the kind of thing that floats your boat.
0:00 Spring Game, baby! Let's see what Ryan Day decides to bring to the show.
14:47 The NFL will collectively probably make the right call in drafting Dwayne Haskins pretty highly, but the NFL is also collectively pretty dumb so who knows.
30:21 Ask Us Anything and then some Game of Thrones action, which, let's be honest, is the real reason you all tune in.
And that's the show! Thanks to you for listening and checking out our Dry Goods store, thanks to Travis for the cool, cool logo, and we'll see you cats next week!
