If Ohio State had classes like "Barbecue Science" when I attended, I probably wouldn't be a blogger because I'd be too busy working on my PhD right now.
Barbecue science!?!? These kids have no idea how lucky they are.
From Dispatch.com:
Twice a year, as part of the two-credit course, 30 or so students learn how to light charcoal grills, cook medium-rare steaks and juicy bratwursts, and produce tasty grilled pizzas and delicious desserts.
“This is, I think, the most fun home-economics class you could probably have,” said co-instructor Michael Chakerian, an avid griller who works in information technology at OSU.
The students earn grades based on quizzes, reports, attendance, participation and a group project.
It's only 9:31, but who's ready for lunch!?
