Jim Harbaugh drew the ire of SEC coaches during his first offseason in charge of Michigan football through the use of satellite camps in Southern recruiting hotbeds. SEC coaches are banned from such practices, but the NCAA hasn't enacted a similarly-styled rule for the rest of the country.
As a result, Harbaugh and Iowa State's Matt Campbell (formerly of Toledo) are heading to Texas.

No word yet on if Urban Meyer will counter with Ohio State's own satellite camp like last year's visit to Florida Atlantic.
