Horvath, now the starting quarterback for Navy, had two touchdown runs in his team's 21-20 victory over Oklahoma in the Armed Forces Bowl, including a 95-yard touchdown run. The Columbus resident grew up an Ohio State fan and tipped his cap to Ezekiel Elliott in his postgame interview.
“I was an Ohio State fan when Ezekiel Elliott went 85 yards through the heart of the south, 95 yards sounds nice too,” Horvath said.
Blake Horvath is a real one. Congrats to the Midshipmen for their bowl win over Oklahoma.
