Today, Dr. David A. Thomas, the President of Morehouse College, announced that Morehouse was cancelling its 2020 football season.

While Morehouse is not a DI school (they are a member of the DII Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference), this is notable for being the first instance of a scholarship football program cancelling its football season due to COVID-19.
