Kind of surprising they are letting go of the conference coach of the year. I guess they figure after 11 years it's time for a change? I don't follow Marshall at all, so I have ZERO knowledge about any problems they are having/have had with him, so please fill me in.

I'm posting this because if I'm a B1G coach trying to compete with OSU, I would take him as a coordinator in a heartbeat.

Doc recruits Florida as well as anyone in the country (somehow he got 20+ to move to WVa on this team) and he's done pretty well getting lesser rated kids from Ohio.

I hope we don't have any turnover to our staff this year, but if we did, even at 63 he'd be worth a look.
