This is an interesting development in the NIL landscape. This would seemingly bring at least some order to what is currently the Wild West. Would this do away with middlemen NIL orgs like THE Foundation and the 1870 Society? Would this benefit us, having everything out in the open instead of under the table and via middlemen?
