Wisconsin coach challenges the play that the non goalie covered the puck in the crease, in other words her hand sat on the puck. Coaches challenge was allowed which gave Wisconsin a penalty shot which they converted.

There is absolutely no way with that one view (and they showed the entire review) that you could determine that it was a cover versus a hand sweep to move it out. Absolutely got screwed.
