I couldn't resist checking on this story, as the title alone had me doing a double take to ensure I hadn't been transported into an alternate universe, where Michigan has won the Natty the past 7 seasons... What else are you doing, might as well have a laugh at the straws that are being grasped at up North.

Here are the highlights:

Jimmy is 10 - 14 in matchups against AP ranked opponents; but of those 10 wins, 5 have come via blowout fashion (31 points or better)... 

2015 BYU (Ended season out of the Top 25)

2015 Northwestern (Ended the season 23rd with a 10 - 3 record, same as UM)

2015 Florida (Ended the season 25th with a 10 - 4 record)

2018 Penn State (Ended the season 17th with a 9 - 4 record)

2019 Notre Dame (Ended the season 12th with an 11 - 2 record)

I guess the old adage, even the sun shines on a dog's ass some days, would apply...
