Sooooo Parker Fleming, what exactly do you do here?

Officially designated as our full time special teams coordinator earning $300k per year, I can't say that special teams feel officially well coordinated. I also can't say I've ever heard him talked about as an ace recruiter - a designation that "special teams coordinators" usually have. 2x messed up fake punts in our most critical games, horrendous missed field goal at the end, and our return game hasn't exactly set the world on fire. Lots of people are angry with Ryan Day and Jim Knowles, but at least it's well known what they do for the Buckeyes.

Could that headcount be better allocated to another defensive coach? Maybe bring in a lock down recruiter or support for Larry Johnson? I just never hear Parker ever discussed by anyone, which is odd for one of our dedicated coaches making $300k a year.
