The narrative that has been put out into the media and even on this forum that Coach Day is losing because of the 'toxic fan base' of Ohio State was recently exacerbated by Herbstreit with the comment that it would have been better for the Buckeyes to get an away game for the playoffs to avoid the boos. Fuck that smug piece of shit. 

This pisses me off, especially coming from Herbstreit and his passive aggressive revival of his past issues with fans when they supposedly ran him out of town, just like we supposedly ran McCord out of town. And if coach gets fired, then the Newsline will be the toxic fans ran him out of town. 

This is media crud content to create stories and damage recruiting in favor of other schools. I'm just tired of it. I'm tired of the sports media mantra to make all their news about everything other than sports and objective reporting. 

Honestly, I don't care what program it is, if it's struggled the fans are annoying and insufferable. We're not any better or worse. 

And Herbstreit can eat a bag of dicks.
