Four-star Ohio offensive tackle Sam Greer commits to Ohio State.
Ohio State has two clear-cut candidates to be All-Americans in 2025: Caleb Downs, who was already a unanimous All-American last year, and Jeremiah Smith, the best wide receiver in college football. You won’t find a preseason All-American team that doesn’t include both of them, and it would be shocking if either of them aren’t All-Americans as long as they stay healthy.
With that in mind, This Week’s Question asks you to make your pick for which Buckeye aside from Ohio State’s two established superstars is most likely to be an All-American this year. Is it a returning starter like Sonny Styles or Carnell Tate? An offseason transfer addition like Max Klare or Ethan Onianwa? Or an up-and-coming player with breakout star potential like Julian Sayin, Eddrick Houston or Jermaine Mathews Jr.?
