Recent revenue sport clashes with Michigan State have been kind to Ohio State. The Buckeyes cooked the Spartans in football, 48-3, back in early November before the men's basketball team upset then-No. 1 Sparty, 80-64, last month.
That's bad news for the Golden State Warriors' infamous testicle assassin, Draymond Green, a Michigan State alumnus. Green apparently has an ongoing series of Spartan-Buckeye wagers with Portland Trailblazers swingman Evan Turner.
Turner's Blazers topped Green's Warriors, 123-117, Wednesday night in Portland. After the game, Turner caught up with Green to settle his account—media interviews be damned.
"Thank you my good man," Turner said upon collecting a reportedly crisp $100 bill. "Always a pleasure. Big Ten for life. You keep it classy."
