One of Ohio State's top 2018 targets is officially off the board.
He's not staying in Columbus.
Four-star forward Jerome Hunter, a native of Pickerington, Ohio, announced his commitment to Indiana on Monday. Zach Fleer of 270hoops.com first reported the news and Hunter tweeted out his commitment shortly after.

Hunter is rated as a four-star prospect by 247Sports composite and is the No. 60-ranked overall player in the 2018 class. The 6-foot-7 wing was down to a final five schools of Indiana, Ohio State, Michigan, Xavier and Pittsburgh before ultimately picking the Hoosiers.
Hunter was only recently offered by Archie Miller and Indiana, but Andreas James, the program director for Hunter's AAU team, told 270hoops Hunter felt most at home during his visit to Bloomington.
"Jerome wanted to go to a place where he felt most comfortable and Indiana was that place," James told 270hoops.
Ohio State still has one commitment in its 2018 class: four-star shooting guard Torrence Watson. The Buckeyes are still targeting Dwayne Cohill, a four-star point guard out of Cleveland, but after Hunter's commitment, four of the top-five players in Ohio for 2018 have announced their college intentions. None of them are committed to Ohio State.
