The Hurry Up is your nightly dose of updates from the Ohio State football recruiting trail, keeping tabs on the latest from commits and targets from around the country.
NO. 1 FOR 2019?
Ellenwood, Georgia, Cedar Grove four-star wide receiver Jadon Haselwood told Eleven Warriors Tuesday night he'll be visiting Ohio State this coming weekend. This will mark his second trip to campus, as he attended the Buckeyes' win over Rutgers in October.
“[I'm looking forward] to meeting up with the coaches and players,” Haselwood said. “I love the environment.”
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Haselwood is considered the second-best wideout and No. 10 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. He holds more than a dozen offers from top programs across the country, but most believe he'll end up at either Georgia or Ohio State.
We won't have to wait long to find out, either.
“I will be committing pretty soon,” Haselwood said. “It might be after my visit.”
Of course there's nearly two years left until signing day, but once Haselwood announces, there's little chance he wavers in his commitment.
“I'm making my decision early because I just want to get it out the way to cut out all the stress,” he said.
TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES
Speaking of elite Georgia wideouts, Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer spent part of Wednesday morning FaceTiming with St. Simon's Island Frederica Academy four-star Ja'shawn Sheffield and his teammate Jaylin Simpson.

“We chopped it up for a few minutes,” Sheffield told Eleven Warriors. “Coach is cool.”
The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Sheffield is considered the top-rated wideout in the Class of 2019. He has nearly 20 offers but named Clemson, Georgia and Ohio State his top schools.
Sheffield is also good friends with the aforementioned Haselwood, so are the two a package deal?
“It would be fun to play with him, but I'm going to school where I want to go,” he said.
Sheffield and Simpson plan to be back on campus later this spring, and should probably bring their phone chargers with them.
FAMILIAR FEELING
Toledo St. John's Jesuit four-star linebacker Dallas Gant, meanwhile, was on campus for an unofficial visit on Monday.
“[It went] really well,” Gant told Eleven Warriors. “I got to spend a lot of time with the coaches and had good talks with all of them and got to sit in on a linebacker meeting.”
The 6-foot-3, 225-pound Gant is considered the fifth-best outside linebacker and No. 116 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. Though he has more than 20 offers, most believe it's a two-horse race between Notre Dame and Ohio State.
Gant has no timeline for a decision on his future, however.
“[The coaches] aren't pressuring me at all,” he said.
AN OFFER A DAY

The 6-foot, 197-pound Jackson is considered the ninth-best athlete and No. 164 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. He holds nearly 20 offers from programs such as Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame and Tennessee.
Jackson had 52 receptions for 739 yards and nine touchdowns and rushed for 149 yards and four touchdowns to lead his team to the state semifinals last season.
The Buckeyes also offered a scholarship on Wednesday morning to Pocatello, Idaho, Highland four-star defensive tackle Tommy Togiai.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound Togiai is considered the 10th-best defensive tackle and No. 112 prospect overall in the Class of 2018. He holds 10 offers from programs such as Boise State, BYU, Michigan, Oregon, UCLA, Utah and Washington.
Togiai was named Idaho's Defensive Player of the Year after he recorded 62 tackles and six sacks to help the Rams to the state playoffs.
