Tuesday, Aug. 1, marks the first day college football programs can officially extend scholarship offers to prospects from the Class of 2018.
And though prospects may announce they've received an offer long beforehand, this is a good way to determine which recruits Ohio State is actually pursuing and/or hold committable offers. Among them, New Jersey four-star defensive end Jayson Oweh, who shared his offer letter on Twitter.

The design is, surprisingly, the same as last year's.
Regardless, the Buckeyes — which sit atop the 247Sports Composite Team Recruiting Rankings — currently hold commitments from 16 prospects, all of whom will undoubtedly share their offer letters throughout the day.
Oweh, meanwhile, will announce his intentions at the Under Armour All-America Game in January 2018.
National Signing Day is Feb. 8.
