Ohio State’s newest offensive tackle offer in the 2025 class is expected to make an official visit next month.
Ohio State offensive line coach Justin Frye offered Damola Ajidahun, a four-star Georgia Tech commit, after stopping by his school last week. The interest between the Buckeyes and Ajidahun seems to be mutual, as Ajidahun has told 247Sports that he’ll be taking an official visit to Ohio State this fall, likely for the Iowa game on Oct. 5.

“He stopped at my school to watch practice and called me Thursday to offer me,” Ajidahun told 247Sports of Frye giving him an offer. “Man, I was with family and friends, we were all excited knowing the kind of program Ohio State is. I love the culture and the NFL-style pro offense they run.”
Ajidahun has been committed to Georgia Tech since Aug. 3 and also took official visits to Georgia and Ole Miss this summer. He’s picked up nearly 30 Division I offers, including Florida, Kansas State, Georgia, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, Kentucky, NC State, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Tennessee, Tulane, Vanderbilt, West Virginia and Wake Forest.
If OSU can flip Ajidahun from Georgia Tech, the 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect would begin his collegiate career in Columbus as an offensive tackle.
Ohio State commits turn in big weeks on the gridiron
Several future Buckeyes had big performances on the prep scene this week.
Starting with Tavien St. Clair, Eleven Warriors’ Dan Hope was on hand in Bellefontaine to watch the five-star quarterback complete all but one of his 11 passes for 222 yards and threw for three touchdowns in a 49-0 blowout win.
“The confidence and the swagger that Ohio State plays with, I bring that back to my team and really just try and like, let them know that we can have fun out here. It's always a grind during the week, but you can have fun on Fridays. You put the work in throughout the week to have the result like we had tonight,” St. Clair told Eleven Warriors after the game. “It's always awesome to watch Ohio State play and perform the way they do and then come out here and do the same.”
Meanwhile, Ohio State wide receiver commit Quincy Porter caught two passes for 80 yards and a touchdown in his team’s 31-10 win and wideout De’zie Jones racked up seven catches for 94 yards and one touchdown in a 36-20 victory.
Tight end Nate Roberts caught eight passes for 85 yards and a touchdown, while Brody Lennon hauled in eight catches for 161 yards and three scores.
