The sheer volume of injury burden that Ohio State football dealt with this past season is remarkable in itself, but the depth of talent that was subsequently revealed has made history. Provided here is a review of the most up-to-date injury and recovery statuses, brought to you by the athletes’ Twitter profiles themselves. Spoiler alert: It’s good news. Consider this a warning for all other teams…like, seriously.

Offensive lineman Brady Taylor also had a successful operation in October to repair a torn labrum. A standard estimate for recovery from this surgery is anywhere from 6-12 months, so he is likely in a good position currently.

RB Ezekiel Elliott announced his medical clearance after sustaining a displaced wrist fracture.
Tore my ACL again... BUT ready for round 2!! let's get it @CoacMickMarotti #notdeadcantquit
— Kyle Berger (@K_Bergs) August 11, 2014
LB Kyle Berger had a positive attitude immediately after tearing his ACL for the second time last August. His first ACL tear was during his senior year of high school. Barring any complications, recovery from an ACL reconstruction is about a six month process, so that timeline has him in good shape now.
Rehab has been a blessing to my knee
— Dre'Mont Jones (@TheOfficial_80) August 13, 2015
New freshman DE Dre’Mont Jones praised the rehabilitation he’s receiving for his knee. He had an ACL reconstruction in March and was walking brace-free already at the spring game in April.

It's been 6 months, 3 more to go! pic.twitter.com/8Ald4iAjDW
— Marshon Lattimore (@_ShonL2) February 23, 2015
CB Marshon Lattimore missed last season for a chronic hamstring injury and eventual operation. He was scheduled for return to full play by May, and he is currently at camp.
Bonus: J.T. Barrett hasn’t shared much about his recovery from a displaced ankle fracture on social media, but Urban Meyer has recently said Barrett is now 100%.
So, there you have it. While the team is hard at work at camp, we can sit back with confidence in knowing the upcoming season will be a fun one to watch with what will hopefully be a healthy group of the nation’s most talented athletes.
