Ohio State beat the absolute hell out of Akron yesterday, 59-7, and that was enough for Vegas to put their trust in the Buckeyes and make them 17-point favorites on Saturday as Ohio State travels to New Jersey to take on Rutgers.
Despite being given a ridiculous spread by Vegas against Akron, the Buckeyes still covered. Ohio State has a chance to do it again against a Rutgers team it's never lost to. They have won all of their previous seven meetings with Rutgers by at least 22 points.
The last time that Ohio State was in Piscataway, they cruised to a 56-21 victory behind Justin Fields' 305 yards passing.
The kickoff will be at 3:30 p.m. on BTN.
