In one half of football, Marvin Harrison Jr. collected three touchdown receptions and placed his name in the school record books as Ohio State leads Michigan State, 35-3, at the intermission.
Ohio State's first three offensive drives all resulted in touchdowns for Harrison. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound wide receiver ended the half with six receptions for 92 yards and two scores as a pass-catcher and added one carry for 19 yards and one score, sending the Buckeyes in front 21-0 before the Spartans put three points on the board with a 53-yard field goal.
From there, TreVeyon Henderson reached the end zone with a 9-yard rush, and Cade Stover hauled in an 18-yard touchdown catch, which put the Buckeyes up by more than four scores. Henderson had 13 carries for 63 yards and one touchdown in the opening 30 minutes, while Stover collected seven catches for 79 yards and one touchdown.
