Jeremiah Smith's been at the top of many video segments this offseason for Eleven Warriors, and that trend isn't stopping now that the season is underway.

After a couple of early lapses, Jeremiah Smith was the star of the show in his Ohio State debut, making multiple gorgeous grabs with his first two career touchdowns in Ohio State’s 52-6 win over Akron

Alongside the play of the freshman receiver, Ohio State's defense stood out on Saturday, both in the havoc it created with three turnovers – two that went for touchdowns, one by Lathan Ransom and one by Gabe Powers – and in the depth it flexed on the defensive line and at linebacker.

It was a clunky day for the Buckeyes offensively in the first half, but they moved the ball much better in the second half after shaking out their game-one jitters and loosening up. Special teams also showed signs of growth, particularly in the punt return game, where Brandon Inniss brought an immediate spark to the role.

Eleven Warriors' Dan Hope and Andy Anders discuss those topics and all of their top takeaways from the season opener in our first postgame show of the season from Ohio Stadium.
